Burrito with avocado and egg.

With tortillla well done you can do many dishes. Burritos are some good sandwiches with different fillings rolled appetizing. For breakfast tortilla mix, egg and avocado will give you all the ingredients of a balanced meals that provide you energy for the whole day.

Ingredients:

1 avocado, cheese 70 gr, 15 gr crumbled cheddar cheese, 40 ml milk, 3 eggs, 2 tortillas
Method of preparation
Beat eggs, milk, cheddar cheese and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Heat a pan and pour composition. Fry the eggs, stirring occasionally. It must look like an omelet crumbled.
Meanwhile clean the avocado, remove pit and cut it into cubes. Then passes using a blender or a fork, adding salt to taste.
