Fruit salad with mint sauce
strawberry, pineapple, juice of 1 lemon, mint leaves, 70g sugar, 80g water, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries
Method of preparation
Put the water and sugar heated in a small pot until sugar melts. Remove from the heat and put the mint leaves and lemon juice. Let them sit for 15 minutes.
Remove mint leaves.
Put all the chopped fruit in a bowl and pour the dressing over. Mix gently.
