Grilled Chicken Recipe
4 chicken legs weak, leather, washed
fresh coriander link
2 wires lemon grass
zest and juice of 2 limes
1 green chilli, seedless
2 tablespoons oil
a piece of ginger, grated (about a tablespoon)
3 cloves garlic
Method of preparation:
Chicken legs are nicks from place to place, using a sharp knife. Break coriander leaves and place in a bowl.
The rods are put in blender. Add lemon grass, lime zest and juice, chilli, oil, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well.
