Ice cream sandwich wrapped in chocolate
1 serving of brownie batter, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 900g dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream 900ml
Method of preparation
Prepare a brownie recipe here or here.
Let brownie pan to cool, then remove it and cut it in half. Ice stretches over half of Bowne and cover it with the other half. Presses easily and put in the freezer for 2-4 hours.

Let sandwiches on a greased parchment paper with a little vegetable oil until chocolate hardens. Cover with greased parchment paper again and put back in freezer for 1 hour.
