Pancakes with Nutella and bananas

Ingredients (8 pcs.):

100g flour
150ml milk
150ml mineral water
2 eggs
1 tablespoon rum essence
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
One half teaspoon salt
Zest of one lemon
2 tablespoons butter
5 bananas

Method of preparation:

Beat yolks with essences, dust, salt, lemon, soft butter and 50 ml milk. Add flour gradually and mix well not to make lumps. Thinned with remaining milk and mineral water.
Separately beat the egg whites and add in the composition above.
Heat the skillet teflon 3-4 minutes, then raise the heat and brush with a Brush with a little oil so that it covered the entire surface.
Take the composition ladle and pour about 50ml in the middle, tilting pan to cover the surface.
