Breakfast with egg and ham

Ingredients (1 serving):

1 slice of ham
1 egg beaten
Cheddar cheese race
Ceramic bowl to base a slice of ham, folded in two. Pour beaten egg over it. Put in the microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Remove the bowl and mix. Continue to microwave another 15 to 30 seconds until the eggs to curdle. Sprinkle grated cheddar and serve.

Breakfast with egg and potatoes

Ingredients (1 serving):

80g frozen potato (grated)
1 egg
Cheddar cheese race
Smear a ceramic pot (250ml) and oil. Put frozen potatoes and cook in the microwave on high power for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Break the egg into bowl and beat with a fork until you mix it with potatoes. Put back in oven for 15-30 seconds on high power. Stop and mix. Repeat for another 30 seconds until egg is congealed. Sprinkle grated cheddar and serve.
