Ingredients potato cream soup with croutons

500 gr. potatoes
1 pc. carrot
1 pc. parsley
1 pc. celery
1 pc. parsnip
salt
one tablespoon of butter (or egg yolk)
greenery
toasted French bread cubes

Preparation potato cream soup with croutons

Bring potatoes to boil in 1.5 liters of cold water with salt with herbs. When they soaked them through sieve only potatoes, vegetables strain. Add the chopped parsley. Serve with a mixed yolk, butter or put on your plate. Pour soup over bread croutons.
