Roulade with honey tasty recipe
Honey – 4 tbsp
Sunflower oil – 4 tbsp
Bicarbonate – a pinch
Mineral water – 1 cup sea
Flour – 400 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Gem – (any kind but not too soft)
Vanilla sugar – 2 sachets
Ground nuts – 200 g
Rum – 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Method of preparation:
Honey rub with oil, placed drop by drop, salt and a pinch of bicarbonate dissolved in rum. Add mineral water and flour as much to get a suitable soft dough.
4 sheets lie. Each sheet stretched anoint a jam, sprinkle ground walnuts mixed with vanilla sugar, then run.
4 Bake in greased and lined sheets with flour at medium heat for 40 minutes. When you were baking sheet, sprinkle powdered sugar, let it cool and, when cooled, cut the cake sliced about 2 cm wide.
