Salad with peas radishes and feta tasty recipe
A eulogy spring vegetables, this salad guarantees and vitamins, and minerals to pack for a tasty lunch.
Ingredients (4-6 servings):
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey
60ml olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
450g green beans peas (fresh or frozen) cooked and drained
1 bunch radishes, sliced
150g crumbled feta
salt and pepper
Cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes in a hot pan and then grind them finely. Mix them with the lime juice, oil and honey, add dill, salt and pepper. Leave the dressing in the refrigerator until you prepare the vegetables.
Boil peas in salted water (5 minutes if fresh or 2 minutes if frozen). Rinse under cold running water and drain well.
Mix peas with sliced radishes and feta in a bowl. Add the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
