Shrimp with vegetables and cheese – tasty recipe

Shrimp with vegetables and cheese:

15 shrimp
1 small onion (about 50 gr)
Two chili peppers semi-Bulgarian
1 small tomato (about 150 grams)
12 small cherry tomatoes (colored if possible)
35 gr cow cheese (or mozzarella)
2-3 yarn parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt, black pepper
Gate 1 (main course); 2 (hot appetizer)

Preparation

Shrimp with vegetables and cheese

Peel the prawns total. Rinse in cold water and then dry well in paper towels.
In a pan not very large (about 16-18 cm) heat the oil and add the chopped onion and peppers peeled and cut squares. Fry until soft a little (about 5 minutes). Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Add the prawns and stir a few times, just until they turn pink everywhere. Remove from pan immediately.
Add remaining vegetables over once grated tomato, whole cherry tomatoes and paprika. We sauté briefly, just until slightly cracked cherry tomatoes (about 3 minutes).
* If the pan in the oven does not work for the next steps, you can move its content in a ceramic baking dish.
Pull the pan from the heat. Put the shrimp back into the pan. Sprinkle chopped parsley half. Grate cheese on top (more towards the center left visible edges). Sprinkle remaining parsley.
Bring the pan to the oven at 200C, just until cheese is melted (do not need to brown) and the edges seen bubbling sauce (about 5-7 minutes).
Serve hot with fresh bread.
