Sour cream and cheese pancakes with blueberry jam.
Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix cheese with eggs, salt, sugar and baking powder. Stir the flour gradually. Flour may vary depending on the type of flour, egg size and type of ricotta. Well, I went 200 g of flour. Earned dough must be soft but manageable.

Those amounts are obtained from five cheese pancakes. Therefore, divide the dough once 5. To obtain each ring, I each fifth portions of dough:
* A half-ring at the base
* 2/3 of the second half for the middle ring
* 1/3 of the second half for \ “mot \”

After portioning, I modeled rings by hand (this allows consistency of the dough without problems). I guess if I would have went dedicated tools used most beautiful, but I am still very equipped kitchen. 🙂

Fry in hot oil. If oil is overly hot, there is a risk that pancakes to burn the outside and stay raw inside. Therefore, keep the fire to medium.

After grilling each pancakes, put 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of honey and drink hot.

350g ricotta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 eggs
~ 200g flour
oil for frying
Serving:
Jam (I have used cranberry)
