Vegetables With Chicken Souvlaki
Souvlaki, Greek prepared, very popular, is a recipe skewers with or without vegetables, served with tzatziki sauce. Skewers of meat that can be prepared pork, chicken or lamb. I always prefer to prepare them with vegetables. The flavor of onions, tomatoes or peppers on the grill are unmatched made. CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS OF Souvlaki
For chicken skewers:

tzatziki sauce for:
180ml Greek yoghurt
1 clove garlic crushed and turned into a paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons shredded fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt – to taste

I started to prepare the sauce:
In a glass or enamel bowl, mix lemon juice and garlic paste and leave it to stand for 10 minutes.
