Ingredients
- chicken thighs (1 each)
- 4-5 potatoes
- a few tablespoons olive oil
- seasoning to taste
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 200 ml water
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in quarters.We put the pan in which we will bake and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. I spiced up with rosemary, oregano, thyme and salt.
Brush the thighs with salt and pepper, sweet paprika and other spices that you prefer. We sliced garlic cloves and place them over thighs. - Add 200 mililiters of water and a little more oil if desired and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bring to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, then take the aluminum foil, and still leave 20 to 25 minutes, until potatoes are imbued and legs will have an amber color.
