Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- Sugar 150 g
- 500g cream 600g
- 25 g cocoa
- 2 vials rum essence
- a handful of raisins
Instructions
- In a saucepan mix with a whisk eggs, sugar and milk.
- After homogenized is put on low heat and let boil until you give in and thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Then remove from heat and add cocoa and rum.
- When was cooled completely incorporate with a whisk in whipped cream and raisins.
- Pour the contents into a bowl, cover with a lid or foil and put the food in the freezer for 3 hours.
- Before serving remove the ice cream from the freezer and make sauce: a few pieces of chocolate (50g) melt in the microwave, add heavy cream (75 ml) and a teaspoon of powdered sugar and vanilla and mix . Put in microwave little longer and then mix. Pour over ice cream.
