Ingredients
Candy:
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 3-4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 50 gr soft butter
- 100 gr coconut flakes
- 50 g chopped wafer sheets
- vanilla essence
- toasted hazelnuts
To garnish:
- 150 g white chocolate
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 20g butter
- 150 gr coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mixing the butter with condensed milk, add milk powder, coconut flakes, shredded and vanilla wafer. Composition and knead by hand when homogenized, balls do almost as a walnut. We each inside a peanut and model easily by hand until we round them. Place them on a platter.
- Put in a bowl, steam bath with white chocolate and milk 4 tablespoons butter. Well, let it melt, mix and give away.
- The candy obtained glaze them with melted chocolate and then wallow in coconut flakes. Let refrigerate.
