- 4 chicken legs weak, leather, washed
- fresh coriander link
- 2 wires lemongrass
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 green chilli, seedless
- 2 tablespoons oil
- a piece of ginger, grated (about a tablespoon)
- 3 cloves garlic
- Chicken legs are nicks from place to place, using a sharp knife. Break coriander leaves and place in a bowl.
- The rods are put in the blender. Add lemongrass, lime zest and juice, chilli, oil, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well.
