Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs weak, leather, washed
  • fresh coriander link
  • 2 wires lemongrass
  • zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 1 green chilli, seedless
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • a piece of ginger, grated (about a tablespoon)
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Chicken legs are nicks from place to place, using a sharp knife. Break coriander leaves and place in a bowl.
  2. The rods are put in the blender. Add lemongrass, lime zest and juice, chilli, oil, grated ginger and garlic. Mix well.
