- Honey – 4 tbsp
- Sunflower oil – 4 tbsp
- Bicarbonate – a pinch
- Mineral water – 1 cup sea
- Flour – 400 g
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Gem – (any kind but not too soft)
- Vanilla sugar – 2 sachets
- Ground nuts – 200 g
- Rum – 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar – 150 g
- Honey rub with oil placed drop by drop, salt and a pinch of bicarbonate dissolved in rum. Add mineral water and flour as much to get a suitable soft dough.
