Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 50 ml of milk
- 200 ml orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 200 ml cream for whipped cream
- vanilla (a few drops)
Instructions
- Over rubbed yolks well with sugar, pour the milk and mix well.
- Put the bowl over boiling water and cook on low heat or until mixture begins to thicken.
- Dam aside, let it cool a little, then pour cream for whipped cream stirring constantly, then orange juice.
- Flavoured with a few drops of vanilla essence. Dam in the freezer to cool very well.
- Pour mixture into the bowl of ice cream machine, the dish which I kept in the freezer overnight. Is processed for about 20-25 minutes until the cream will harden and become creamy.
- If the prepared ice without ice cream machine mix for whipped cream until fluffy (not necessary to be firm), then incorporate the composition.
- Put the bowl in the freezer, then take it out every hour and mix ice cream, so to break the ice that forms those.
- Orange ice cream put it in a casserole and put it in the freezer for about an hour, then serve.
