MOLLEUX AU CHOCOLAT

Molleux Au Chocolat

Ingredients

  • 350g ricotta
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ~ 200g flour
  • oil for frying

Serving:

  • Jam (I have used cranberry)
  • Cream

 

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cheese with eggs, salt, sugar and baking powder. Stir the flour gradually. Flour may vary depending on the type of flour, egg size and type of ricotta. Well, I went 200 g of flour. Earned dough must be soft but manageable.
  2. Those amounts are obtained from five cheese pancakes. Therefore, divide the dough once 5. To obtain each ring, I each fifth portions of dough:
    * A half-ring at the base
    * 2/3 of the second half for the middle ring
