Ingredients
(1 bread aprox.600g):
- 375g flour (plus extra to sprinkle on the countertop)
- 380ml water
- ¼ teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt and ¼
- cornmeal (optional)
Instructions
- Mix in a large bowl, flour, salt and yeast. Add 380ml water and stir until smooth. The dough will seem tacky and formless. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let it leaven for 12 to 18 hours at 21C (room temperature).
- The dough is ready for the next stage when the surface is covered with tiny bubbles.
- Sprinkle flour on the worktop and remove dough. Sprinkle flour on it and fold it 2-3. Cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for 15 minutes.
Powdered with flour your hands and form a ball of dough. Powdered with flour in a kitchen towel and place the dough on it. Sprinkle with flour or corn’s. Cover it with another towel and let it to leaven 2:00 until double its volume. - With half an hour before dough is ready, heat the oven to 230C.
- Put the dough in heated container and bake covered with a lid for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and never let the bread in the oven another 15-30 minutes until golden brown.
Without special equipment, no secret ingredients to fight without dough. Homemade bread can become the easiest recipe prepared with a US proposed a baker.
