Ingredients
- 800ml buttermilk
- 2 pc eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- zest of one lemon
- 300 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt a pinch
- 100 g cranberry
Instructions
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with melted butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon and buttermilk
- In another bowl mix, higher flour with baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt
- Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix easily with a whisk until it incorporates all ingredients
- Finally, add blueberries in composition
- Keep pancakes mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes

- Pour the ladle by two small pancakes and not close the cover
- When small bubbles begin to appear on the surface of pancake you can turn on the other side with a spatula
- Fluffy pancakes are served with cranberry sauce
